In 1998 a Catholic father and layman organized a large boat cruise on Lake Ontario in Honour of Our Blessed Mother’s Birthday. We also celebrated my birthday. There were mostly laypersons and some other priests, like Bishop Roman Danylak. We had a Mass on board followed by a reception with dinner. It began on a lovely summer afternoon. There was a beautiful sunset. This cruise for Our Lady continued later into the evening in Toronto harbour when the ship was all lit up. It was a joyful gathering.
